Adoption

There are three forms of adoption. It is crucial that you choose the option that is best for you and your life!

• Open adoption: In an open adoption, you choose to have contact with the child’s family and have a relationship with the child. You get to decide the level of contact you wish to have. This is a great option for women who would like to interact with the child and their adoptive family. 
• Semi-open adoption: With this form of adoption, you have contact with the child, but communication is carried out via a third party such as an adoption attorney or the adoption agency. 
• Closed adoption: All records are sealed in a closed adoption, and you do not have contact with the child. You will instead remain anonymous. This choice might be a good fit for women who want to exercise confidentiality in this situation.

Parenting

You may be wondering whether parenting is the best option for you. For some parents, they may not feel that they are ready to parent. If you are wondering how you’ll be able to take care of a child, it’s important that you consider what you would need to do to feel ready.
